Mega Automotive warranties its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Company obligation is limited to replacement products only. Alleged defective peoducts shall be returned to Mega with proof of purchase within 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Upon examination, Mega Automotive shall determine if credit shall be assessed.

This limited warranty is explicitly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on its parts

Limitations - This warranty does not cover products in off road competition purpose, abuse or accidents.  Warranty shall be null and void if any unit claimed defective has been disassembled, modified, tampered with or improper installation, mishandling or mishap.
